Recording and live transcription

When recording starts, OTTO sends the conversation to Cartesia for live transcription and coaching. Cartesia may retain audio or transcript data under its service terms. Standard Cartesia service is not covered by its Enterprise zero-data-retention guarantee unless a separate applicable agreement provides it.

What OTTO stores

OTTO may store the recorded audio, transcript, coaching evidence, First look, and detailed coaching report. Source audio, transcripts, evidence, recording metadata, and storage details are not available to dealership supervisors or administrators. Durable coaching reports may become visible to authorized rooftop leaders only after updated consent and privacy language is approved, learners are notified, and the explicit feature gate is enabled. Authorized OTTO operations access is restricted and audited.

Delete from OTTO

Delete from OTTO permanently removes the audio, transcript, evidence, and First look controlled by OTTO from OTTO servers. The deletion cannot be recovered. It cannot remove data Cartesia may retain under its service terms.
